- Small: Circumference: 11.75" – 13" or 30-33 cm
- Medium: Circumference: 13" – 14.25" or 33-36 cm
- Large: Circumference: 14.25" – 15.75" or 36-40 cm
- X-Large: Circumference: 15.75" – 17" or 40-43 cm
- Straighten your legt and measure the circumference of your knee mid patella. Use a flexible tape measure. If you fall between the two measurements, size up for comfort or size down for compression
